Developmental Editing – $0.033 per word
Developmental editing is a big-picture edit focused on the overall structure and content of your manuscript. It addresses plot development, character arcs, structure, and narrative consistency (for fiction), or clarity of ideas, flow of arguments, and organization (for nonfiction). This edit ensures your manuscript engages readers, delivers on its promise, and provides clear, valuable information.
Line Editing – $0.027 per word
Line editing hones in on the finer details of your writing, focusing on sentence structure, word choice, dialogue, and narrative voice. The goal is to refine your writing style and improve the reader’s experience, ensuring that every sentence is clear, precise, and engaging. Line editing also addresses issues like redundancy, awkward phrasing, and tone consistency throughout your manuscript.
Copy Editing – $0.016 per word
Copy editing focuses on grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style consistency. This edit ensures that your manuscript is free from technical errors that can distract readers. It also addresses sentence flow, ensuring that your writing is clear and easy to read. Copy editing is the final step to make sure your manuscript is polished and professional before moving forward.
Book Coaching
Individual Coaching Sessions - $85 per hour
These sessions are ideal if you need guidance on specific aspects of your book, such as structure, character development, or overcoming obstacles in the writing process. Sessions are customized to your unique needs.
5-Hour Bundle - $375
This bundle offers five hours of focused coaching to help you with drafting, editing, or finalizing your manuscript. You can use these hours as needed, whether it's a weekly check-in or in longer, more intensive sessions.
10-Hour Bundle - $700
