MEET THE FOUNDER
I'm Kailey Salisbury, founder and Publishing Director of PublishRight Consulting.
I've spent the past decade working behind the scenes in publishing, with experience spanning editorial, book production, distribution, and publishing project management. I'm also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), which probably explains why I genuinely enjoy a good timeline, checklist, and organized publishing plan.
As Publishing Director, I serve as the central point of contact throughout the publishing process. I build the roadmap, assemble and coordinate the project team, manage timelines and deliverables, and help authors make informed decisions from manuscript through publication.
I started PublishRight because I believe independent authors deserve professional publishing support without having to give up ownership or control of their work. You bring the book and the vision. My job is to make sure you have the team, plan, and guidance to bring it to life.
